Health & Safety Policy

| The Directors and senior management of O'Mahony Contractors (OMC) recognise that Health & Safety is a fundamental part of effective and efficient management. |
| The Company acknowledges its responsibilities as an employer for providing so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy workplace and working environment for its employees and others who may be affected by the operations of the organisation. |
| Health & Safety objectives and targets will be established to implement this policy. These objectives and targets will be regulary reviewed to ensure their achievement and new objectives set as necessary. |
| Without detracting from their primary responsibility as Directors and Managers for ensuring the provision of safe conditions and systems of work, the organisation will engage competent professional advice on occupational health safety and medical matters. |
| OMC will at all times comply with relevant legislation, agreed client requirements and will adopt existing published approved codes of practice and guidance notes as issued from time to time by the HSE |
| OMC encourages a participative approach to health and safety and encourages suggestions from the workforce and representation on health & safety matters. |

At all levels of management, OMC will take the necessary measures to meet its responsibilities
by paying particular attention to the provision and maintenance of the following safety aspects:

- Plant, equipment and systems of work
that are safe and without risk to health.
- Safe assessments for the use, handling
and storage of articles and substances.
- Sufficient information, instruction training
& supervision of all employees.
- Positive contribution to the health and
safety of employees.
- A safe place of work and safe access
and egress to that place of work.
- A safe and healthy working environment.
- Adequate welfare facilities.
